so all the effects of the anesthesia and the pain meds have supposedly worn off. And I feel dumb now, because it really doesn’t hurt at all. It’s swollen and uncomfortable, but i get to spend the next two days drinking smoothies and eating soft yummy foods.

I mean, yes, going under was as terrifying as always but I’m alive so I can’t really complain.
